Our Vision
With the committed team comprising Dr. Raman Upadhyay (M.B.B.S, DTM&H), Dr. Megha Upadhyay (M.B.B.S), and dental expert Dr. Shaurya Upadhyay (BDS & MDS), Upasana Clinic aims to enhance the region's health incrementally. This involves raising awareness about health and hygiene, as well as promoting modern practices to replace outdated traditional methods. Their goal is to eliminate the reluctance among the underserved population to seek healthcare, dispelling the notion that it's a luxury or subject to social stigma.
Mission Statement
Dr. Raman Upadhyay established Upasana Polyclinic driven by his firsthand observations during childhood of the healthcare challenges faced by the economically disadvantaged in the region. With a diploma in Tropical Medicine, Dr. Upadhyay possesses unique qualifications tailored to the healthcare needs of the area. Upasana Clinic, now supported by other members of the Upadhyay family, boasts a team of three doctors and offers dental services. Additionally, the clinic aims to combat reliance on unqualified practitioners (commonly known as quacks) who exploit the region's remoteness. Such practices have severely impacted patient health, often leading to excessive dosages and resistance to life-saving medications.
